/KASE, February 15, 2021/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange (Nur-Sultan),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders
dated February 12, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of
the Board of Directors:
- removed: K. Shynybai – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: E. Yugai – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of "Caspiy"
Commodity Exchange consists of three persons: E. Nadyrgaliyev, S.
Zhumagulov, E. Yugai.
