/KASE, February 12, 2021/ – First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that a joint general meeting of shareholders of First Heartland
Jýsan Bank and ATFBank will begin on March 16, 2021 at 11:00 o'clock, with the
following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the joint general meeting of shareholders of
First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC and ATFBank JSC;
- on the merger of ATFBank JSC with First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC;
- on approval of the draft agreement on the merger of ATFBank JSC with First
Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC.
