/KASE, February 12, 2021/ – First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on March 16, 2021 at 10:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC;
- on the merger of ATFBank JSC with First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC and
submitting this issue to the joint general meeting of shareholders;
- on approval and submission to the joint general meeting of shareholders of
ATFBank JSC and First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC of the draft agreement on
the merger of ATFBank JSC with First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC.
