/KASE, February 12, 2021/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that from
February 11, 2021, it ceased to have a 100 % stake in the authorized capital of
Zhibek Zholy Logistics LLP.
