/KASE, February 11, 2021/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 5,
2021 the following persons were elected to the composition of the Board of
Directors:
- Y. Orynbayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- E. Pan – member of the Board of Directors;
- A. Kenzhevayev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- A. Almambetov – member of the Board of Directors;
- Y. Ramazanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
