/KASE, February 9, 2021/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 5, 2021 the following
persons were removed from the composition of the bank's Management Board:
- V. Ezhov – member of the Management Board, first deputy Chairman of the
Management Board;
- A. Almambetov – member of the Management Board, deputy Chairman of the
Management Board.
Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of ATFBank
consists of five persons: G. Makhanova, D. Seredenko, A. Khamidullin, M.
Shaikhyslamov, M. Sailybayev.
