/KASE, January 25, 2021/ – Karazhyra (Semey), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the sole shareholder dated January 11, 2021 about changes in the composition of
the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: M. Makishev – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: M. Nagatayev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of Karazhyra
consists of three persons: V. Jumanbayev, M. Nagatayev, M. Kydyrov.
