/KASE, January 22, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance
LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of
partners dated January 18, 2021, the following changes were made to the
composition of the Supervisory Board:
- removed: A. Artemov – Chairman of the Supervisory Board;
- elected: B. Batin – member of the Supervisory Board.
Taking into account the said changes, the Supervisory Board of Microfinance
Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP consists of three persons: B. Batin, E.
Kazak, D. Davlyatshina.
