/KASE, January 21, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you
that from January 21, 2021, trading in bonds KZ2C00002020 (KASE main
market, category "bonds", MREKb7) of Mangistau Regional Electricity Network
Company JSC (Aktau) has been resumed on KASE.
Trades in the specified bonds were suspended on KASE since January 14, 2021.
Trades in these bonds were resumed due to the receipt by KASE of a letter from
Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company JSC dated January 18, 2021,
according to which at the general meeting of holders of the said bonds held on
January 14, 2021, it was decided not to amend the issue prospectus regarding
the circulation of bonds and the place of their redemption.
