/KASE, January 20, 2021/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company (Aktau),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of bonds
KZ2C00002020 (KASE main market, category "bonds", MREKb7), held on January 14, 2021,
not to make amendments to the issue prospectus of the said bonds.
