/KASE, January 18, 2021/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on January 14, 2021 took a decision on
inclusion of the following bonds of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty) in
the category "bonds" of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00007300 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 3 years; annual coupon, 9.50 %
APR; 30/360);
- KZ2C00007318 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 5 years; annual coupon, 9.50 %
APR; 30/360);
- KZ2C00007326 (KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 7 years; annual coupon, 9.50 %
APR; 30/360);
- KZ2C00007334 (KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 10 years; annual coupon, 9.50 %
APR; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is January 18,
2021.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
