/KASE, January 18, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders will start on January 18, 2021 at 15:00 o'clock with the agenda
containing the following issues:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the
partners of the partnership;
- on the election and early termination of powers of the members of the
supervisory board of the partnership;
- on the approval of the bond issue by the partnership;
- on approval of the terms of bond issue;
- on placement of bonds on the stock exchange of the International Financial
Center "Astana".
