/KASE, January 15, 2021/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 12, 2021, the following
changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:
- removed: A. Amanov – first deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: Y. Tulegenov – first deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of KazTransCom
consists of five persons: S. Nazarenko, Y. Tulegenov, Ch. Zhanykulov, G.
Bitadze, N. Bykovskih.
