/KASE, January 15, 2021/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 11, 2021, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- removed: V. Mukhamedzyanova – member of the Management Board;
- elected: S. Levitina – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of Transnational
Company Kazchrome consists of three persons: A. Yesenzhulov, A. Bektybayev,
S. Levitina.
