/KASE, January 14, 2021/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 6, 2021, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- removed: K. Ibragimov – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: D. Mautkanov – Chairman of the Management Board, M. Aitzhanova
– member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of Batys tranzit
consists of two persons: D. Mautkanov, M. Aitzhanova.
