/KASE, January 6, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on February 19, 2021 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- on determining the composition of the bank's Board of Directors;
- on appointing a member of the bank's Board of Directors;
- on determining the term of office of the elected member of the bank's Board of
Directors;
- on making changes to the Provisions on the bank's Board of Directors.
