communique dated January 5, 2021:

Kcell Joint Stock Company ("Kcell" or the "Company") (LSE, KASE: KCEL; AIX:
KCEL, KCEL.Y), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in
Kazakhstan, announces that, in accordance with the decision of the Board of
Directors, on 30 December 2020, the Company has entered into an additional
agreement to the current main loan agreement with Subsidiary Bank Alfa Bank
Kazakhstan JSC on reducing the interest rate from 11.2% per annum to 10.7%
per annum on bank loans for a period of 36 months.
