/KASE, December 31, 2020/ – ATFBank's (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 30, 2020, the
following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of
Directors:
- excluded: A. Akhimbekova – member of the Management Board, Managing
Director – Finance Director; N. Dosmukhambetov – Deputy Chairman of the
Management Board, Y. Arginov – First Deputy Chairman of the Management
Board;
- elected: G. Makhanova – Chairman of the Management Board, V. Ezhov –
First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, D. Seredenko – Deputy
Chairman of the Management Board, A. Khamidullin – Deputy Chairman of
the Management Board – Finance Director, M. Shaikhyslamov – Deputy
Chairman of the Management Board, A. Almambetov – Deputy Chairman of
the Management Board, M. Sailybayev – Member of the Management Board,
Managing Director – Head of Risk Management.
Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of ATFBank
consists of seven persons: G. Makhanova, V. Ezhov, D. Seredenko, A.
Khamidullin, M. Shaikhyslamov, A. Almambetov, M. Sailybayev.
