/KASE, December 30, 2020/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 28, 2020,
bonds KZ2C00007144 (KZHRb1; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 10 years; semi-annual
coupon, 14.00 % APR; 30/360) of Karazhyra (Semey) were included in category
"bonds" of KASE official list's main market.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is December 30, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
