The company's financial statements for 2019 were audited by BDO Kazakhstan
LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial statements,
containing a qualified opinion, present fairly, in all material respects, the
consolidated financial position of National Company "Kazakhstan Engineering"
JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2019 and their consolidated
financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the
specified date, in accordance with IFRS.
