/KASE, June 9, 03/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE with the official letter about the fact that in accordance with the decision of the bank's Board of directors dated May 30 of 2003 Bank CenterCredit OJSC paid additional fee to the authorized capital of daughter company KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT Ltd. LLP (Almaty) in the amount of KZT75.0 m. According to the presented information taking into account the mentioned fee authorized capital of KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT Ltd. LLP, the only participant of which is Bank CenterCredit OJSC, equaled to KZT275.0 m. [2003-06-09]
