/KASE, December 29, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the decision
of its Board of Directors dated December 28, 2020 to postpone the time of the
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for December 29, 2020,
from 12:00 to 16:00 o'clock, Almaty time.
