/KASE, December 24, 2020/ – RG Brands (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on
December 7, 2020.
The shareholders, among other things, decided to distribute the company's net
income for 2019 by paying dividends on ordinary shares in the amount of
KZT4,000,018,624.48 at the rate of KZT1,987.82 per share.
