/KASE, December 21, 2020/ – Karazhyra (Semey), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 11, 2020, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's executive body:
- removed: M. Makishev – general director,
- appointed: N. Ibyrkhanov – acting general director.
