/KASE, December 20, 2020/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following decisions of the general meeting of shareholders dated December 11, 2020,
the following members of the Board of Directors were elected:
- R. Sarsenov – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- D. Abdullayev – member of the Board of Directors;
- R. Satarov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
