/KASE, December 15, 2020/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 11, 2020 on
changes in the Management Board:
- removed: R. Kabdolrakhimov – Chairman of the Management Board, A.
Subbotin – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: A. Subbotin – Chairman of the Management Board, T. Kurmangaliyev
– deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the said changes, the Mb of Leasing Group JSC consists of
three persons: A. Subbotin, T. Kurmangaliyev, N. Slamkulov.
