/KASE, December 15, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the decision
of its Board of Directors dated December 14, 2020 on postponing the date of the
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders from December 20 to December 25, 2020.
