/KASE, December 15, 2020/ – Joint Resources (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated December 10, 2020 about changes
in the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded: Z. Satayeva – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- appointed: S. Ainabayeva – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Joint Resources JSC
consists of three persons: R. Sagdiyeva, A. Aikynbayev, S. Ainabayeva.
