/KASE, December 3, 2020/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of its sole shareholder dated November 27, 2020, the
following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of
Directors:
- removed: B. Barmambekov – a member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: D. Arinov – a member of the Board of Directors, acting Chairman of
the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of AsiaCredit Bank
consists of three persons: D. Arinov, O. Shadiev, M. Kabashev.
