/KASE, November 19, 2020/ – ForteLeasing (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 11, 2020, the
following persons were elected to the Board of Directors:
- B. Pirmatov – a member of the Management Board, deputy Chairman of the
Management Board of Fortebank;
- G. Primbetova – head of the SME line of Fortebank.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of ForteLeasing
consists of three persons: B. Pirmatov, G. Primbetova, M. Zhakezhanov.
