/KASE, November 19, 2020/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE about receipt of the license No. 3.1.1.244 for the carrying
out of brokerage and dealing activities on the securities market with the right
to maintain client accounts as a nominee holder, issued by the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market
on November 17, 2020.
The permit for the carrying out of activities on investment portfolio management
without the right to attract voluntary pension contributions was terminated as
of November 17, 2020 due to Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan)
voluntarily returning the license No. 3.2.231/9, issued by the National Bank of
the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 1, 2019.
