(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On November 16, 2020, in the accounting system of the Central Securities
Depository, an order was executed to register an exchange transaction for
financial instruments issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic
of Kazakhstan, upon reorganization of a legal entity through takeover. The
legal entity being reorganized is MO "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" JSC (ISIN:
KZ1C00000637). The legal entity being taken over is Housing construction
guarantee fund JSC (ISIN: KZ1C00004563).
The number of the Company's outstanding ordinary shares, after the transaction
of swapping financial instruments makes up 17,631,022 pieces.
