/KASE, November 16, 2020/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated November 5, 2020,
consent was given for inclusion in sector "Securities of international
financial institutions" of KASE's official list of the following international
bonds of Asian Development Bank:
- XS2251962903 (KZT1,000, KZT10,097,018,000, 19.11.20 – 22.01.23;
quarterly coupon, 10.10 % APR; actual/360);
- XS2251962499 (KZT1,000, KZT3,875,505,000, 19.11.20 – 22.10.22;
quarterly coupon, 10.12 % APR; actual/360).
The admission initiator for said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan).
This decision of the Management Board comes into effect from November 17,
2020.
Opening of trading in said bonds on KASE will be communicated later.
Said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) ASDBe4 and ASDBe5,
respectively.
