/KASE, November 16, 2020/ – ForteLeasing (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 10, 2020, the
following persons were elected to the composition of the Management Board:
- S. Urpezhanov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- B. Sagindykov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of ForteLeasing JSC
consist of three persons: T. Rakhmanov, S. Urpezhanov, B. Sagindykov.
