/KASE, November 16, 2020/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on December 15, 2020, at 10:00 o'clock.
The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of making amendments to a
major interested party transaction.
