/KASE, November 9, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that as of
November 9, 2020 the following international bonds of the National Company
KazMunayGas (Nur-Sultan) were removed from KASE Official List due to their early
redemption:
- XS0925015074, US46639UAA34 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KMGZe6; $1.0
bn; April 30, 2013 – April 30, 2023, semi-annual coupon, 4.40 % APR; 30/360);
- XS1595713279, US48667QAM78 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KMGZe10; $500.0
mln, April 19, 2017 – , April 19, 2022, semi-annual coupon, 3.875 % APR; 30/360).
National Company KazMunayGas has informed KASE about an early full redemption of
said bonds on November 3, 2020 in an official letter.
The Central Securities Depository has informed KASE in an official letter dated
on November 5, 2020 that the early redemption of said bonds was registered in its
accounting system on November 4, 2020.

Bonds XS0925015074, US46639UAA34 (KMGZe6) were included in KASE Official List's
"Rated debt securities" category as of November 30, 2017; since June 1, 2017 they
had been in the category "bonds" of KASE Official List's main market. Trades in
them opened on July 10, 2017.
Bonds XS1595713279, US48667QAM78 (KMGZe10) were included in KASE Official List's
"Debt securities of quasi-government sector" category as of April 19, 2017; since
June 1, 2017 they had been in the category "bonds" of KASE Official List's main
market. Trades in them opened on July 10, 2017.
