/KASE, November 11, 2020/ – As announced earlier, by the decision of the Management
Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of November 5, 2020, it has agreed
to include Eurobonds XS2252216937 (KZT1,000, KZT80.0 bn, November 12, 2020 –
November 12, 2024, variable semi-annual coupon – inflation in Kazakhstan + 1%;
actual/360) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the
"Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE Official List.
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) is the initiator of
admittance of these bonds.
This decision of the Management Board became effective as of November 12, 2020.
Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.
These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) EBRDe12.
