/KASE, November 4, 2020/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder dated
October 28, 2020, the following changes were made to the composition of the
bank's Board of Directors:
- M. Omarov was excluded from the bank's Board of Directors;
- A. Omarkhojayev was appointed a member of the bank's Board of Directors
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Housing Construction
Savings Bank of Kazakhstan consists of seven persons: K. Uskenbayev, Y. Khamitov,
A. Omarkhojayev, L. Ibragimova, Y. Yermekova, D. Kydyrbaev, A. Barunin.
