/KASE, November 4, 2020/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release of November 3, 2020: quote Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and KazTransGas Aimak JSC entered into an Additional Agreement to finance the project "Construction of a supply gas pipeline to 5 populated areas of the Kordai district of the Zhambyl region" (hereinafter – the Project), by amending the Agreement on opening a Credit line under the project "Modernization of GDS in Taraz" dated July 17, 2013. The total cost of the Project is KZT5.6 bn, with Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (DBK, a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding) providing KazTransGas Aimak JSC with loan funds in the amount of KZT3.5 bn, and the remaining KZT2.01 bn sources elsewhere. The funding provided by the Bank will be directed to the construction and installation works of the supply gas pipeline in the Kordai district of the Zhambyl region (the villages of Masanchi, Karakemer, Sortobe, Bular batyr, Aukhatty).
