/KASE, October 26, 2020/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE about exclusion of M. Omarov – a member of the Board of
Directors – from the composition of the Board of Directors following his own
initiative:
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Housing Construction
Savings Bank of Kazakhstan consists of six persons: K. Uskenbayev, E.
Khamitov, L. Ibragimova, E. Yermekova, D. Kydyrbayev, A. Barunin.
