/KASE, October 22, 2020/ – Eastcomtrans (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on
October 19, 2020 a decision was taken to exclude E. Benjamin, an independent
member of the Supervisory Board, from the composition of the company's
Supervisory Board.
Taking into account said change, the Supervisory Board of Eastcomtrans LLP
consists of four persons: M. Sarsenov, M. Kuznetsov, Y. Lavrinenko, V.
Chisnakov.
