/KASE, October 22, 2020/ – Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan
"Halyk Finance" (Almaty, hereinafter – Halyk Finance), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about a decision of its sole shareholder dated October 20, 2020 to pay out
dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2019 in the amount of
KZT1,998,905,370 out of retained earnings of past years.
