A leading provider in Kazakhstan's telecommunications market – Kcell JSC and
Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) signed an agreement on disbursement of a non-revolving
credit limit in the amount of KZT6 bn, for a period of 36 months with payment of
interest in the amount of 10.7 % per annum. The company intends to use the funds
received to replenish working capital, including refinancing debts in other
second-tier banks.
