/KASE, October 19, 2020/ – Investment House Fincraft (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by
the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of October 8, 2020, the
following makeup of the Board of Directors was re-elected:
- R.U. Amirov – chairman of the Board of Directors;
- E.T. Koldasov – a member of the Board of Directors;
- D.N. Nalibayev – a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director.
