/KASE, October 16, 2020/ – Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated October 5, 2020, R.
Manatayev – deputy of the Chairman of the Management Board for major
business development – was removed from the composition of the Management
Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Transtelecom
consists of six persons: Y. Adaybekov, K. Barmenkulov, D. Kazhasbayev, Y.
Minawar, A. Baymyrzauly, M. Akhmetov.
