/KASE, October 15, 2020/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE about decisions of
the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on October 1, 2020.
Shareholders also took a decision: "To choose Deloitte LLP for auditing the
company's financial statements for 2020-2021".
