KazTransOil says S&P Global Ratings published annual review of the company's credit rating

/KASE, October 13, 2020/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release of October 13, 2020:

The international rating agency S&P Global Ratings (hereinafter – the Agency)
has published an annual review of the credit rating of KazTransOil JSC
(hereinafter – the Company), whereby its baseline scenario was updated.
The agency continues to maintain the corporate credit rating of the Company at
BB, with a Negative outlook.
The current rating is still constrained by the rating level of the parent
company of the Company – NC "KazMunayGas" JSC ("BB", outlook "Negative"), while
the agency assesses the characteristic of the Company's own creditworthiness at
the level of "bb+".
