/KASE, October 2, 2020/ – SOKOLOVKA (Kostanay reg.), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision
of the sole shareholder of September 29, 2020, M.A. Saiduakasov elected a member
of the Board of Director of the company.
Given these changes, SOKOLOVKA’s Board of Directors comprises three people: M.A.
Saiduakasov, D.R. Rakhmatullayev and M.N. Zharmukhambetov.
