/KASE, October 2, 2020/ – Fincraft Group (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of its sole shareholder of September 30, 2020:
- to approve financial statements of the partnership for 2019;
- not to distribute net income and not to pay dividends on the results of 2019
due to the fact that company does not have any net income.
