auditor's report on consolidated financial statements of the company for 2019.

The financial statements of the company for 2019 were audited by Deloitte LLP.
According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial statements
reliably reflect, in all material respects, the financial position of Fincraft
Group LLP and its subsidiaries as of 31 December 2019, as well as the
consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended
as of the specified date, in compliance with the IFRS.
